Last Call Shifts ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform that connects Texas venues with independent bartenders for one-time, recurring, and last-minute event staffing. By using our services, all users agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Overview
Last Call Shifts connects Texas venues with bartenders for event staffing. All users must agree to these Terms.
2. Booking Process & Payment Terms
- Standard Booking Fee: $25 per shift
- Last-Minute Booking Fee: $35 per shift for bookings within 24 hours
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking
3. Bartender Credentials & TABC Compliance
- Bartenders are responsible for maintaining valid certification
- Venues must verify certification and expiration dates
- Last Call Shifts does not independently verify authenticity
4. Background Checks & Independent Contractor Status
Venues accept this risk when booking through the platform.
6. Venue Responsibilities & Legal Compliance
- Provide a lawful, safe, non-discriminatory work environment
- Comply with all Texas alcohol laws, labor regulations, and local ordinances
- Additional compensation (tips, bonuses) is handled directly between venue and bartender
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Call Shifts from any claims or legal costs arising from platform use or violation of these Terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice via the website or email. Continued use implies acceptance of revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Non-Circumvention & Direct Engagement
- No direct bookings outside the platform for 12 months
- Buyout option: pay one standard booking fee per shift if hiring directly
- Non-compliance may result in account suspension or legal action
By using Last Call Shifts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
